GRE^® Fees Have Changed in July

Effective July 1, 2006, the fee to take the GRE^® General Test is as follows:

• $130 - U.S., U.S. Territories*, and Puerto Rico
• $175 - China (including Hong Kong), Korea, and Taiwan
• $160 - All other locations

These test fee changes are due to the increases costs to develop and administer the GRE testing program. Test takers who would like to request a fee waiver should go to the Fee Waiver section for eligibility requirements.

* Includes Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands only
