Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer
As Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer, Sheree Johnson-Gregory is responsible for managing departments within the Legal Division. As Deputy General Counsel, she has oversight of the General Counsel's Office attorney staff, corporate contracts, copyright and permissions, trademarks, domains and infringements and the Office of Testing Integrity. In addition, Johnson-Gregory is the company's Chief Diversity Officer, for which she reports to the CEO. She began her career at ETS in 1985 as an Assistant General Counsel and was subsequently promoted to Associate General Counsel and Associate Vice President. She has also served as the Director of the Office of Disability Policy and Chair of ETS's Board of Review. Prior to coming to ETS, Johnson-Gregory held positions in the Newark Legal Department as Assistant Corporation Counsel and Municipal Prosecutor and worked for a defense contractor as the Equal Employment Opportunity Officer.
Johnson-Gregory graduated from Bennett College and earned her J.D. at Columbia University. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
