Announcing the ETS® Data Manager for The Praxis Series™ Tests
Now available for Institutions of Higher Education, the ETS Data Manager for The Praxis Series™ Tests is a dynamic interactive statistical tool that uses Praxis™ data to explore test taker performance. This service is free for all ETS Praxis clients.
What does the ETS Data Manager do?
The ETS Data Manager offers many analytical functions, including sophisticated searching, data comparison and chart and table creation. This easy-to-use tool allows you to get the data you want, how and when you
want it.
Users can view data for different test-taker groups based on variables such as gender, ethnicity, educational level and type of teacher preparation program. Test-taker groups are customized for the individual user to ensure the privacy of test takers as well as the individual agencies and institutions that serve them.
Institutions can compare data for the following groups:
- All test takers (worldwide)
- Test takers who indicated they were prepared by their institution
- Test takers who indicated they were prepared by any of their state's Attending Institutions, including the location of where he or she received preparation relevant to the test taken, if their state is a user of Praxis tests
- All test takers sending scores to their specific institution
How Do I Access the ETS Data Manager?
You can access the ETS Data Manager via the Internet from a secure website using a login and password. Due to the nature of the data contained in the ETS Data Manager, access is restricted to Praxis state, agency and institutional clients.
