- Respect local culture, customs and values while not compromising the respectful treatment of others
- Be responsible for my personal growth and for helping others to grow
- Report immediately, to the contact of my choice (Supervisor, Manager or Strategic Workforce Solutions Consultant), personal encounters or observations of behaviors that are not in line with the People Practices and Standards
