Small Business Subcontracting Program
ETS supports the United States government's objective to foster the development and continued viability of small businesses. These firms, including women- and minority-owned businesses, have been integral partners in our work over the years and have contributed significantly to the quality products and services we provide to clients.
Our Small Business Subcontracting Program promotes companywide initiatives that demonstrate support for awarding subcontracts to a diverse group of small businesses, historically underutilized business zone (HUBzone) small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
The program staff, who are part of our Enterprise Sourcing & Supplier Management office, promote the core competencies of small businesses to staff and develop small business subcontracting plans. They maintain an up-to-date database of these businesses to ensure that staff have easy access to information needed to solicit products and services from these firms and invite them to compete for contracts and purchase orders.
