- Presidential Awards — Employees can earn significant rewards for substantial contributions to business results.
- Spot Awards — Managers or colleagues can nominate employees for outstanding individual or team achievements, milestone accomplishments within a longer-term project, or contributions to business results throughout the year.
- Research & Development Awards — ETS's Research & Development division offers a number of awards that recognize career accomplishments, inventions and innovations, and achievements that improve the company's service to clients and advance the fields in which ETS works.
- Recognition of Long Service — Employees who have at least five years of service at ETS may earn gift certificates and enjoy appreciation events, such as our Long-Service Recognition dinner, which honors those with 20 or more years of service.
