Mo Zhang is a senior research scientist in the Research & Development division at ETS. She holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Washington State University. Her scientific work at ETS focuses on writing research, automated scoring of constructed-response items, and performance-based assessment design and validation. She currently holds two U.S. patents and has published extensively in the field of educational measurement.
