Canceling Your Scores

If after taking the EXADEP™ test you want to cancel your scores, ETS will honor your request when you submit a Request for Score Cancellation form to the test administrator before leaving the test room.

If you cancel your scores, they will not be sent to you or to the score recipients designated by you. There are no refunds for canceled scores. If you decide to take the test again, you will need to submit a new registration form and full test fee.

Score Reinstatement

Scores you have canceled can be reinstated if you mail or fax a completed Score Reinstatement Form and it is received at ETS no later than 60 days after your test date. The cost to reinstate your scores is US$30.

Scores will be reinstated and reported approximately 10 business days after your request is received. Your scores will be mailed to you and to the score recipients you originally designated. If you would like to send your scores to additional institutions, you must submit an Additional Score Report form.

Absence From a Test

If you are absent from a test administration, your name will appear on the roster that is sent to the score recipients you designate; however, no scores will be reported. You may reschedule your test within the same testing year (July–June). You must return the admission ticket, along with a new completed registration form. If you are registered to take the test in June and are absent, you must complete a new registration form and pay the full test fee for the next testing year.
