Clarification of Press Release Concerning Selection of ATA Inc. as Country Master Distributor of the TOEIC® Test in China

On March 11, 2009, Educational Testing Service (ETS) issued a press release announcing that it had entered into an agreement with ATA Inc. (ATA) concerning the selection of ATA as Country Master Distributor in China for ETS's TOEIC® (Test of English for International Communication™) test. To clarify the earlier press release, the only agreement signed thus far is between ETS and ATA Testing Authority (Beijing) Ltd, a subsidiary of ATA.
