Princeton, N.J. (August 7, 2014) —
Led by ETS-approved facilitators in an interactive, hands-on classroom setting, the Propell workshop is a one-day professional development program designed to help English-language teachers meet the challenges of teaching English to students. The workshop uses examples from the Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing sections of the TOEFL iBT test.
The upcoming Propell workshops are scheduled for:
- August 12, Dehradun
- August 26, Gurgaon
The Propell workshops in Jalandhar, Bhopal and Goa will be in September and October; specific dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
"Student achievement and educator support continues to be our main focus with the Propell workshops in India," said Pamela Treves, Executive Director of Strategic Marketing. "The Propell workshops are designed to provide English-language teachers with the opportunity to learn more about the TOEFL iBT test and how to best prepare students for success."
During the one-day session, teachers will receive a Propell kit that will guide them through stimulating sessions on teaching techniques and classroom activities and help them learn more about the benefits of the TOEFL iBT test.
