How to Change Your Test Date

To change a test center or test date, call ETS by the registration deadline at:

• 1-800-772-9476 (United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada)
• 1-609-771-7395 (all other locations)

You can also download a Test Center and Date Change Request form and mail it together with the $45 fee to ETS at:

The form must be received by ETS no later than three full days prior to your original test dates.

If you registered for nonstandard accommodations as a nonnative English speaker, you can't change your test center.

If you can't request a center or test change before the actual test date, go to your preferred site on the test day and make a request. If possible, you'll be accommodated, but ETS can't guarantee that "day-of" requests will be met.
