How to Change Your Test Date

If you wish to change your test center, call ETS by the extended registration deadline. Test date change requests must be made no later than three full days prior to your test date.

You can also download a Test Center and Date Change Request form and mail it together with the $30 fee to ETS at:

The form must be received by ETS by the deadlines noted above.

If you registered for nonstandard accommodations as a nonnative English speaker, you cannot change your test center.

If you cannot request a center or test change before the actual test date, go to your preferred site on the test day and make a request. If possible, the test center will accommodate your request, but ETS cannot guarantee that "day-of" requests will be met.
