Registering a Complaint

If you think conditions at the test center were such that you were unable to perform satisfactorily, you may request a retest before the mandatory 21-day waiting period is up. ETS will investigate the conditions before responding to your request. Complaints must be received in writing no later than seven business days after the day of the test administration. Complaints received after this period will not be accepted. Please also note that retests cannot be offered once scores for a specific test date have been reported.
