The Pathwise® Series of Professional Development Programs
Designed for administrators and teachers of all levels, the Pathwise® series offers research-based professional development programs that advance professional learning and practice for school leaders and teachers.
Our programs are built on widely accepted standards that provide a common language for discussing, assessing and improving educator practice.
Through workshops, training sessions and collaboration, the Pathwise series addresses critical issues, such as beginning teacher induction, teacher observation and feedback, and school leadership.
Our training programs for teachers are based on standards of teacher practice derived from ETS research and presented in Charlotte Danielson's widely acclaimed book, Enhancing Professional Practice: A Framework for Teaching, 2nd edition (ASCD, 2007).
Likewise, our school leadership programs are based upon the nationally accepted standards of the Interstate School Leadership Licensure Consortium (ISLLC), as presented in A Framework for School Leaders: Linking the ISLLC Standards to Practice (ETS, 2002).
The Pathwise series was created not only to lead you to better practice, but also to boost your school's effectiveness, increase your teachers' quality and, ultimately, improve your students' learning.
The Pathwise series consists of the:
- Pathwise Classroom Observation System
- Framework Observation Program
- Framework Induction Program
- School Leadership Workshop Series
