GRE® Powerprep® Software Download Instructions

AOL Users: Open a chat line before downloading the POWERPREP® software so that your session will stay open throughout the process.

Instructions:

1. Uninstall any previous versions of Powerprep® software.
2. To start the download of the Powerprep® software, click the button found on the Download Powerprep® software page.
3. Download to your personal computer (PC). We strongly suggest that you save the downloaded file to your Desktop, so that you will be able to find it easily after the download is complete.
   
   You will see the following dialog box. Click SAVE.

4. Use the pull-down menu next to "Save in:" to select Desktop. Click on Save.
5. A dialogue box will open in which you can track the progress of the download.
   
6. When the download is finished, the words "Download Complete" will appear.

2. Attempt to download the file again at a later time the same day
3. Review the GRE Powerprep Frequently Asked Questions. Your question or difficulty may be a common one for which an answer is already published on this web site.
