Introducing Praxis® Performance Assessment for Teachers from ETS
A meaningful measure of a teacher candidate’s readiness for the classroom
ETS is pleased to introduce Praxis® Performance Assessment for Teachers (PPAT) — part of The Praxis Series® assessments. The PPAT provides a solution, developed by educators for educators, for measuring a teacher candidate's readiness to teach effectively.
Greater, more meaningful data helps inform decisions. The PPAT assessment helps educator programs like yours make the most effective use of their time by providing an assessment that helps align teacher candidates, cooperating teachers and supervising instructors to drive student achievement and learning.
Watch this overview video to learn more about the PPAT, including the development process, performance measures and the added benefits of using PPAT. (View transcript.)
