Idaho Test Requirements

Important Information

The Idaho State Department of Education (SDE) cannot receive score reports electronically at this time.

When applying for certification/endorsement, you must download and print your score reports, and mail or fax them to the Idaho SDE along with your completed application packet. (Do not send score reports via email.)

Find your endorsement area(s) below to determine which test you need to take and see the minimum qualifying score. To learn more about a specific test, click the test title. Once you identify the applicable endorsement test(s), find out how to register for the Praxis® tests and read the Praxis test retake policy.

In general, unless it is specifically stated that a calculator is permitted or required for a particular test, calculators may not be used on any Praxis tests (see Calculator Use).

Elementary Education (Grades K–8)
