No minimum score: Praxis tests that have a qualifying score of "No minimum score" were adopted on June 16, 2011 by the Commission for Professional Teaching Standards. These test requirements will be in effect from September 1, 2011 through July 30, 2012.
Most tests are offered in both Session 1 and Session 2. Refer to the fees page for tests that are restricted to a particular session.
In general, unless it is specifically stated that a calculator is permitted or required for a particular test, calculators may not be used on any Praxis tests (see Calculator Use).
Notes:
- In general, test codes that begin with "5" are delivered in computer format; codes that begin with "0" are delivered on paper.
- "CDT" refers to computer-delivered tests. "PDT" refers to paper-delivered tests.
Important Note: Elementary Education: Instructional Practice and Applications (5015) is a computer-delivered test. Note: Those taking 5015 do not have to take 0622/5622 (Principles of Learning and Teaching). Those still taking 0011/5011 can combine with 0622/5622 (Principles of Learning and Teaching) to meet licensure requirements. Those still taking 0011/5011 and 0012 are required to meet the approved passing scores of 158 for 0011/5011 and 135 for 0012.
