Canceling Your Scores

If you feel you did not perform to your potential on a Praxis® test, you may cancel your scores. Fees are not refunded if you cancel your scores or end your test without completing it. Scores are not reported and may not be reinstated on your record once they have been canceled.

To cancel your score:

  • You may do so at the test center at the end of the test session, but before viewing your score. Canceled scores apply only to tests taken on that day.
  • Or, you may simply stop taking a test (quit) before you complete it. You will not receive a score.

Note: If you are taking the following tests and you choose to cancel your scores, scores from ALL sections of that test will be canceled.

  • Combined Core Academic Skills for Educators tests (5751)
  • Elementary Education: Multiple Subjects (5001)
  • Pennsylvania Grades 4–8 Core Assessment (5152)
  • Elementary Education: Content Knowledge for Teaching (7801)
  • Elementary Education: Applied Content Knowledge for Teaching (7901)
