ETS now offers special data reports through a subscription. That means you can receive unlimited access to these data reports and run as many reports as you need for the duration of the subscription period. At the click of a mouse, you'll receive customizable data to help further evaluate your program and make it even better. Choose from individual subscriptions for unlimited access to a particular special report or a bundled premium package that includes access to all three new special reports. New ETS® Proficiency Profile special reports include:
- Item Information Report
This report provides a question-by-question analysis of your students’ performance on the test including a comparison to the larger reference group. It can be used for curriculum improvement, accreditation purposes and continuous improvement initiatives. - Custom Comparative Data Report
These reports can be used for comparing your program to a self-selected reference group of 10 or more other institutions of your choosing from among the hundreds of institutions assessing their students with the ETS Proficiency Profile. They can be used for internal and external benchmarking. - Design Your Own Analysis
This service provides a data file you can use to conduct analyses not supported by any other available reports. The data file includes all demographic data collected as well as the total scaled score, subscore and proficiency classification data for each student. This data can be used when institutions want to compare performance on the ETS Proficiency Profile to student characteristics or other direct or indirect measures.
Demographic reports are provided for subgroups based on the following characteristics:
- Completed credit hours
- Transfer credit
- Portion of general education completed
- Communication language
- Enrollment status
- Type of program
- Age
- Major
- Number of courses taken
- Race
- Gender
- Hours working
Note: A minimum of 50 students is required for the Abbreviated Form.
