Help Signing In

  • For first-time sign to the Rater Portal, Profile & Payroll, or ONE systems: Remember to type the last four digits of your Social Security number before the temporary password that was assigned to you.
  • If you are having trouble signing in to the Rater Portal, Profile & Payroll, or ONE systems: Try clicking the "Forgot User Name" or "Forgot Password" links on the Sign In page to retrieve your user name or reset your password.
  • If you are scoring online: Be sure to check your schedule in the Rater Portal to confirm whether to score in OSN or ONE.
  • If you use OSN: Please use your OSN Login ID and password, not your ETS account user name and password.
