Frederick Cline

Frederick Cline is a research supervisor in the ETS Research & Development division. He received his B.S. in educational research from Bucknell University in 1989 and his M.B.A. in business administration from Rider University in 1997 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in educational psychology at Rutgers University. For the DARA project, Cline led the focus group initiative under Goal 1, is involved in the psychometric studies that are part of Goal 2 and advises on the research designs and methods for the project overall. Currently he leads the research support group in the Foundational and Validity Research area.
