Letters of Recommendation

On the application form, please provide the names and email addresses of two individuals who are familiar with your work and who agree to complete a recommendation form. ETS will send the form to them via email. The individual supplying the recommendation will have 10 days from the date you apply to return the form to ETS. For this reason, it is very important that you get prior approval from each individual to use their name and email address and to inform them of the return requirements.
