Abstract
This manual is written for the person who will be responsible for choosing the passing score on an educational or occupational test. Our purpose in writing the manual is to help you select and apply a method for choosing the passing score. Therefore, we have tried to concentrate on practical advice, rather than discussions of theory or descriptions of research findings.
