Abstract

This Policy Information Report looks at legal and legislative struggles over school financing inequalities and how they might change the face of education in this decade as much as any current education reform initiative. This report details disparities in education funding nationally and within the states. It analyzes data that teachers supplied about available instructional resources and student learning.
