Praxis™ Client Conference 2010 Highlights
ETS Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Walter MacDonald and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Teacher Licensure and Certification Linda Tyler welcomed over 60 clients from 36 states and territories to this year's Praxis Client Conference, which was held from April 27 – April 30, 2010 at the ETS Chauncey Conference Center in Princeton, N.J.
Highlighting the agenda were keynote speakers Jo Anderson from the U.S. Department of Education and Larry Shumway, State Superintendent of Education from Utah.
Conferees also visited the Ewing campus to learn how test center administrators and call center personnel are trained. During the event, Praxis program officials announced their plans to begin moving Praxis II® exams to computer-based delivery beginning September 2010. They also revealed the new Praxis Data Manager, which will allow clients and institutes of higher education real-time access to their testing data.
