Phone Registration

If you have previously created an SLS account online, you may register by phone. Call 1-800-772-9476 (TTY 1-800-275-1391), Monday 8 a.m.–7:45 p.m. Eastern Time. You must register by the regular or extended registration deadline for your preferred test date.

A $35 fee, plus your test fees, will be charged to your American Express®, Discover® Network, JCB®, MasterCard® or VISA® account.

If your credit card is declined or charged back, you will be billed for the amount due plus a $20 processing fee. You may use this service for domestic centers only until the extended registration closing date.

If you are registering for a Monday test date, you can do so until the Monday closing date.
