Test Requirement

Special Alert: Beginning June 1, 2014, Indiana will no longer accept the School Leaders Licensure Assessment (6011) for licensure purposes unless the test was taken and passed by May 31, 2014.

Notes:

  • In general, test codes that begin with "6" are delivered in computer format; codes that begin with "1" are delivered on paper.
  • "CDT" refers to computer-delivered tests. "PDT" refers to paper-delivered tests.
