You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
- When will my credit card be charged?
If you have purchased downloadable products, your credit card will be charged the day after your purchase has been placed.
If you have ordered physical products, you don't pay for your order until it is actually on its way. We will not bill you until your product(s), including back-ordered or preordered items, are actually shipped. If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is shipped.
- How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "ETS*ets"
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
Fees are subject to change without notice. The amounts are exclusive of any Value Added, Sales and Use or similar taxes unless otherwise stated. Any tax is payable in addition to the amounts quoted. Taxes will be added where applicable. In the United States, we will gladly credit sales tax for any tax-exempt organization. Fax a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order’s shipping address to 1-952-253-8760. Please include a copy of your receipt with your order number.
- How can I get a copy of my invoice?
Look up your order directly in the ETS Store to access your invoice.
- Can I order without a credit card?
The only other payment option we offer is through purchase order. To place a purchase order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-609-771-7243.
- What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.
- How do I enter a shipping address?
If you ordered a physical product, a shipping information page will be presented where you can enter a separate shipping address and the shipping method can be chosen.
- Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
No. Your card number should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.
- Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please provide them with any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
- How do I start a new order?
There are no special steps for starting a new order. Simply browse the store and add your new items to your cart.
- Why do I need to accept cookies?
Cookies are placed on your browser for your convenience, and the Commerce System we use is cookie dependent. When you place an order, information is written onto your hard drive. The next time you place an order, the system recognizes who you are and automatically enters your information into the form.
