Privacy Laws

Privacy laws require that requests to update or release information of a PERSONAL nature (such as identification, address, designated institutions and account history) come directly from the EXAMINEE only. Customer Service will not be able to give this information to anyone other than the examinee, including relatives or friends. If you are not the test taker, our representatives can help you with:

  • score report mailing dates
  • yes or no answers to general questions
  • processing payments for outstanding balances
