Getting Your TOEFL® PBT Test Scores

Scores by Mail

Approximately five weeks after you take the TOEFL® test, ETS will provide a score report for you and up to four official score reports for the institutions or agencies you selected on test day.

Allow 7–10 days for mail delivery in the United States and more time for other areas. If your scores have not been received seven weeks after your test date, contact TOEFL Services.

Scores by Phone

For a US$10 fee, you can get your scores on the Saturday before the day they are mailed from ETS.

You will need:

• a touch-tone phone
• your seven-digit registration number (printed on your admission ticket)
• a valid credit card number with expiration date: (American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, or VISA® only)
• your test date
• your date of birth

When to call:

• Seven days a week, 6 a.m.—10 p.m., Eastern Time about five weeks after the test
