What is RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. RSS is a method for companies and website owners to automatically distribute news, information and other online content, such as podcasts or blog entries, to their web users.

The content is submitted through an RSS Feed and gathered into a list by an RSS Feed Reader, also known as an aggregator.

You can subscribe to an RSS Feed on a particular topic and access the list of chosen topics through your feed reader.

There are many different feed readers to choose from and they are available online for free. The most popular feed readers are:

• Bloglines
• NewsGator

Ownership/Attribution

ETS retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, and any and all ETS logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS Service. You must provide attribution to the appropriate ETS website in connection with your use of the RSS feeds. If you provide this attribution using a graphic, you must use the appropriate ETS website's logo that we have incorporated into the RSS feed.

Right to Discontinue Feeds

ETS reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. ETS assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in connection with your website.
