Measure the behaviors that predict job success

The WorkFORCE® Assessment for Job Fit accurately measures 13 personality attributes which are then described as six key behavioral competencies and proven to predict success in the workplace. These dimensions, based on the widely accepted Five-Factor Model of personality, are used to create scores tailored to the type of job you are filling and the behavioral skills candidates need to perform successfully in that job.

Get results you can trust

Uniquely designed using an innovative forced-choice format, the WorkFORCE Assessment for Job Fit presents test takers with a pair of statements and asks them to choose the statement that is more like him or her. For example:

Both statements are equally desirable, making it more resistant to faking than other approaches such as a self-reported rating on a scale (e.g., “On a scale of 1 to 5, how much does this statement describe you?”).

Tests that use a rating scale format allow test takers to select a rating they feel employers desire rather than providing a more honest representation of themselves. Our forced-choice design helps an employer have confidence that the test results accurately represent the test taker.

Make informed decisions with easy-to-understand reports

Scores are provided through two easy-to-understand reports — an Individual Profile and a Roster Report.

The Individual Profile allows you to explore a particular candidate in detail. You are provided with an Expected Job Fit Indicator Score, showing the candidate’s expected level of performance on the job based on actual performance of successful employees in similar jobs, as well as scores for each of the six behavioral competencies.

The Roster Report allows you, at a glance, to objectively compare multiple candidates using a consistent scoring system on the same criteria.
