Video duration: 0:32

I'm Carol Forsyth, and I'm going to be talking about

collaborative problem solving at NCME this year.

Collaborative problem solving is a much

needed 21st century skill, but there's been little research

on teaching students how to be good collaborative problem solvers.

We created an innovative environment to teach students how to practice

the social and cognitive skills to be effective collaborative problem solvers,

thus preparing them for the workforce in the age of increasing technology,

need for interdisciplinary expertise, and remote work.
