ParaPro Assessment Contacts for Test Takers

ParaPro Customer Service representatives are available Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, and Friday 8 a.m.–4 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. Recorded information is available 24 hours a day if you use a touch-tone phone. Phones are busiest between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and all day on Monday.
