Disclosing Personal Test-taker Information
ETS Customer Service Representatives can give out personal information only to the test taker, as required by privacy laws. If you're not the test taker, our representatives can only help you with general information, such as score report mailing dates, yes or no answers to general questions, and payment processing for outstanding balances.

Customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–7:45 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, except for U.S. holidays. Recorded information is available 24 hours a day. Phones are busiest between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time and all day Monday.
