Michele Damiano, a senior systems and capabilities consultant at ETS, is a member of the System and Capabilities (SASC) group in the Psychometric Analysis and Research area. During her tenure at ETS, she has provided technical and operational support to a number of testing programs before joining the SASC group. In her current role, she supports statistical analysis and plays an integral part in facilitating program migrations to the SAADI platform. She began her career at ETS as a statistical aide in February 1989.
