Chelsea Ezzo is a senior research project manager in the Office of Professional Standards Compliance in the Research & Development division at ETS. She received an M.Ed. in statistics, measurement, assessment, and research technology at the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. She coordinates the program audit process, coordinates the Fairness Steering Committee, and serves as an internal review board analyst. She is also the project director for an Army Research Institute grant exploring the validity of an assessment of cross-cultural competence in various military populations.
Her research interests include human individual differences, coping strategies, graduate school admissions processes, and data visualization. She enjoys using R, SAS, SPSS, and MPlus and is always looking for an opportunity to grow her skills in statistics and data analysis.
