At ETS we are committed to embracing and promoting DEIB in all aspects of our organization. Community Engagement

We believe in making a positive impact beyond our organization. In partnership with ETS’s Center for Advocacy & Philanthropy (CAAP), we actively engage with our local communities, seeking opportunities to contribute to social justice initiatives, support underserved populations and collaborate with organizations that share our DEIB values. We recognize that promoting equity and inclusion extends beyond our workplace and into society as a whole.

ETS’s Office of DEIB

ETS’s Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) is a key component to advancing ETS’s commitment to creating a culture where everyone feels a sense of community and belonging. By intentionally carving out psychologically safe spaces through the implementation of Business Resource Groups, and offering learning opportunities to build and enhance cultural competencies across all levels of employees, the Office of DEIB is advancing inclusion at ETS as a workplace norm, where people of all backgrounds and perspectives are welcomed, valued and respected.
