The research reports are part of the GRE® Board's research activities, which encompass a broad spectrum of concerns in graduate education beyond testing. General Reports deal with issues of broad interest to the graduate community. Technical Reports are targeted for audiences who deal with the technical aspect of assessments.
The Research Foundation for the GRE® revised General Test: A Compendium of Studies — A comprehensive collection of the extensive research efforts and other activities that led to the successful launch of the GRE revised General Test in August 2011. Summaries of nearly a decade of research as well as previously unreleased information about the revised test cover a variety of topics, including the rationale for revising the test, the development process, test design, score scales, automated scoring, validity, fairness and accessibility.

CGS/GRE Survey of Graduate Enrollment and Degrees
The GRE Board and the Council of Graduate Schools (CGS) jointly sponsor an annual survey of graduate enrollment. The survey collects total graduate school enrollment data and discipline data from CGS member institutions and members of the regional associations affiliated with CGS.
