Meet the 2026 ETS Intern Class

ETS’s internship program offers emerging professionals a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in their field. Supported by mentors and integrated into collaborative teams, interns spend weeks immersed in the ETS environment. During this time, they contribute to ongoing projects, participate in meetings, and learn alongside colleagues across the organization and around the globe.

Each year, ETS welcomes a diverse and talented intern class drawn from a broad pool of applicants. Interns are placed across a wide range of teams, including Legal, Marketing, Research, and more. This includes undergraduate students, MBA candidates, and graduate researchers, as well as international interns working with ETS’s global team members in-country. Together, they bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the organization.

Here’s an introduction to some of this year’s interns joining staff this summer:

Marketing & Business

Andrew Hufford is pursuing his MBA at Harvard Business School and will be working with staff in the Office of the CEO. He looks forward to learning from the mission-driven leaders that guide ETS from the top down.

Emma Marku is a student at Rutgers University studying English and Communications. As a Brand and Reputation Intern, she supports initiatives within the Marketing Office and is excited to deepen her understanding of ETS’s values while contributing to meaningful projects.

Alexander Stephens is an MBA candidate at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, where he is also completing a certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Business. Working in the organization’s Office of the CEO, he is interested in working on fulfilling projects, exposing himself to new lessons and experiences, and discovering what it means to be a successful “ETSer.”

Nachiket Rane is pursuing his MBA in Machine Learning and Business Analytics at Babson College. As he works on growth and marketing for ETS Praxis, he is eager to tackle the challenge of increasing visibility and engagement with the Praxis audience.

Bree Yagana, an Economics student at Stanford University, is working alongside the ETS Capital team . She is exploring how emerging technologies and companies are transforming the future of education and shaping the investment landscape.

Data, AI & Technology

Nicholas Castro is a Computer Science student at Rider University. Working  in the office of Global Data and Analytics, he is contributing to the development of AI Agents that can receive and summarize documents and generate relevant recommendations.

Sm Shihubullah Dipto is a graduate from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where he studied cybersecurity. He contributes to the work of the data governance team and is excited to apply his skills and knowledge in a meaningful, professional setting.

Puskar Kafle is pursuing his master’s degree in computer science at Prairie View A&M University. As part of the DataOps team, he is working on a FinOps agent designed to help answer financial and cloud-cost related questions. He is looking forward to learning about agentic AI while applying technical concepts to real-world projects and practical business challenges.

Sripad Sirikonda is a graduate student at Georgia Tech, studying Computer Science. Working with the AIOPS team as an AI Test Security Intern, he is contributing to a biometrics services project and looks forward to applying his skills to a meaningful project with ETS.

Policy, Legal & Strategy

Dylan Chidick, a third-year law student at Vermont Law and Graduate School, is working in the Office of the General Counsel and contributing to projects related to employment law, corporate security, governance, and IP. Dylan is excited to connect with ETS attorneys as he gains exposure to all the legal practice areas that ETS has to offer.

Rachel Helisch is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Montclair State University. As a member of the People Team, she is helping modernize ETS’s HR systems and processes and is interested in identifying growth opportunities within a complex, global organization.

Orion Minton, an incoming senior at American University majoring in Political Science and Legal Studies, is working as a Policy and Research Intern. He is excited to more closely examine how business and politics intersect at the international, state, and federal levels.

Mericel Mirabal is pursuing a master's degree in public policy at the University of Michigan. As a Graduate Policy and Strategy Intern, she is looking forward to applying her passion about the education policy space to her work.

Research & Academic Partnerships

Adelia Bagcioglu is a rising high school senior and an IB Diploma candidate at Desert Mountain High School in Arizona. As an intern with ETS Capital she is excited to gain early exposure to professional work in an organization closely connected to her educational journey.

Lizeth Garcia Hernandez, a senior at UT San Antonio majoring in Business Analytics, is part of the ETS-UTSA Pathways program. Working on the Research team with Dr. Jessica Andrews-Todd and Dr. Jeremy Lee, she is supporting research on conversation-based AI assessments and is eager to gain hands-on research experience.

Hailey Muniz, a computer science major at UT San Antonio and a Terry Scholar, is also a P20 IES Pathways Fellow focused on AI Education. Hailey is working on the research team with Dr. Yi Song and Dr. Yang Jiang to help develop and evaluate assessments of self-regulated learning and is excited to explore AI research and human-computer interaction.

Global

Divyansh Khanna is an MBA student in the Department of Business Economics, specializing in Marketing and Analytics and is working with the Web Experience and Optimization Team. He is focused on improving digital experience and expanding website reach while building meaningful skills and professional connections.

Shivapreetham H S is studying Computer Science and Engineering at NIT Jamshedpure. Working in AI Accessibility Compliance. He is eager to contribute to impactful, meaningful projects and grow his expertise.

Veer Kukreti, a third-year undergraduate student in Management Studies at Shiv Nadar University, is working this summer as a Sales Data Analyst Intern. He works with sales data, automates pipelines, and builds dashboards and is looking forward to  developing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

Rahul Samanta is a first-year MBA student at IIT Delhi and is part of the NextGen Insights and AI Acceleration team. As a GenAI-powered CX and Voice of Customer Analytics Intern, he is focused on building an automated CX dashboard for the Praxis assessment program, and is excited to contribute to impactful, GenAI-driven customer insights.
