The ETS® Major Field Tests are offered in both an online and paper-and-pencil version. All tests must be proctored. Students may take the test on campus or off campus. Secure remote proctoring services are offered through our partner, ProctorU®.
The Major Field Tests offer greater flexibility to meet your testing needs by allowing you to add 50 locally authored questions and select when, where and how you administer the assessment. (Note: Not available with remote proctored sessions).
Flexible payment options are also available. Institutions may pay for all testing inventory or may elect to pass along the cost of the test, the remote proctoring session or both to the student. Students may pay with credit card or PayPal® accounts. Payment method is determined during cohort setup.

Full-service support is available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. ET, and after-hours support is available outside of regular business hours.
