Sharon Strauss Joins ETS as Chief People Officer

PRINCETON, NJ (October 3, 2024) – ETS, a global education and talent solutions organization, announced today that Sharon Strauss has joined the organization as its Chief People Officer. Strauss will lead the ETS human resource group with a focus on enabling our people to drive new products and services, expand into new markets and serve our customers.
“Sharon is joining us with more than a decade of experience in Chief People Officer roles. She has been recognized for strengthening organizational health and collaborating across functions and regions to drive enterprise outcomes,” said ETS CEO, Amit Sevak. “Her track record to serve as a partner to build a strong global culture will be a great asset to ETS.”
An experienced human capital and change leader, Strauss brings decades of experience to the organization. She will oversee culture and engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, organizational design, HR operations, and M&A integration. Sharon’s priorities will include best-in-class talent processes, HR service delivery and next-generation employee facing technologies.

Strauss joins ETS from Marigold where she served as Chief People Officer for six years in a fast growth environment, building the human resources infrastructure and leading the company’s change and integration efforts through numerous acquisitions, helping to scale the company through a 5X employee growth in 16 countries and a 3X growth in revenue. Throughout her career, she has held HR leadership positions at a wide range of public and private organizations including GetWellNetwork, GE, Tiffany & Co., and Citibank.
She attended Brown University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honors.
