[Princeton, NJ] – [October 13, 2026] – ETS today announced the appointment of Yagy Gaur as General Manager, Federal and Government. Gaur will lead ETS’s U.S. federal and global government business, with a mandate to grow the organization's impact with government clients and deepen partnerships across public sector markets worldwide.
Gaur brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership across government, public sector, and enterprise technology. He joins from VMware, where he served as Channel Chief for Government, Education, Healthcare, and Global Accounts Sales, leading a $1.5 billion business. Before VMware, he spent more than 20 years at Microsoft in senior leadership roles, including General Manager of State and Local Government Strategic Accounts.
In his new role, Gaur will focus on new business growth, deepening existing client relationships, and building the organization's presence in government markets internationally, alongside work to simplify its offerings and routes to market.
