Receiving Scores

How Are Scores Reported?

Unofficial scores are available onscreen and can be printed at the end of the test. Official scores are reported to the test taker, their designated score recipient, and to the school district that delivered the assessment approximately 2–3 weeks after the test date.

Official scores are reported to score recipients via ETS® Data Manager.

Note: The username and password used to access the ParaPro Admin website are not the same as those used to access ETS Data Manager. A new username and password must be created. Visit ETS® Client Services for Educator Licensure Account to create a new account.

Additional Score Reports

School districts or agencies may also receive additional score reports after the initial score reporting period if a test taker submits an additional score report request. ETS can send scores on tests taken over the past ten years, and additional score reports will show only the highest score earned.
