Receiving ParaPro Scores

When are scores available?

Official score reports are available approximately 2–3 weeks after the day of the test. The official scores are reported to the test taker and the school district that the test taker listed as a score recipient during the biographical questionnaire, as well as to the state’s teacher credentialing office in the following states:

How are scores received?

Official scores are reported to score recipients via the ETS® Data Manager. Available through ETS Client Services for Educator Licensure, the ETS Data Manager for Professional Educator Programs is a collection of services related score reporting and analysis, free for all ParaPro score users.
