Sending Your ParaPro Scores

Your official score report is sent to the school district you designate on test day. If you need to send scores to other school districts or agencies, you can order additional score reports (ASRs) at any point during the 10-year period your scores are valid.

Each score report costs $50 and is nonrefundable. You’ll receive a copy of the score report as well, indicating it was sent as requested. ASRs are issued within 7 business days for phone requests and 10 business days for mailed or faxed requests.

Order by fax

Download and complete the Additional Score Report Request form (PDF), including a credit card number for payment, and fax it to 1-609-530-0581 or 1-610-290-8973.
