If you think conditions at the test center were such that you were unable to perform satisfactorily, you may request a retest. Retests cannot be offered if the official scores have been reported. Complaints must be received in writing no later than seven business days after the administration. Complaints received after this period will not be accepted. ETS will investigate before responding to your request.
