PPAT® Scores

Getting Test-taker Scores

The educator preparation program that the test taker selects at registration automatically receives score reports. Test takers can also request additional score reports for other institutions or licensing agencies.

PPAT® score reports are available to individuals at your program who have approval to access scores via the ETS® Data Manager approximately three weeks after the Task 4 submission deadline. See Getting Scores.

Interpreting Scores

Learn how to interpret scores, from what a score means to what is considered a passing score. See Interpreting Scores.

How Tasks Are Scored

Tasks 2, 3 and 4 of the PPAT assessment are centrally scored by ETS-trained raters. To learn more about how the PPAT tasks are scored, see How Tasks are Scored.

Test takers with an overall assessment score that falls below the designated passing score for the assessment are eligible to resubmit any or all three summative tasks for a fee during the resubmission window immediately following their original submission. See How Test Takers Resubmit Tasks for more information.
