Testing Arrangements for Individuals with Disabilities or Health-related Needs
ETS is committed to serving test takers with disabilities or health-related needs by providing services and accommodations that are reasonable and appropriate given the purpose of the test.
The performance assessment responses can be submitted from a computer you use regularly, with your customary hardware and software. As long as you submit your task responses by the submission deadline, you can take as much time as you need. Even if you use accommodations in college or employment, you may find that you do not need them for the performance assessments. The most commonly requested and approved accommodation for performance assessments is extended deadlines for task submission. All test takers requesting accommodations must first create an ETS® Performance Assessment Account in the online registration system and register for the assessment. After registering for the assessment, submit the completed request form. Documentation review takes approximately six weeks once your request and complete paperwork have been received.
Requests for accommodations must be submitted by email or fax.
