Reschedule or Cancel Your ETS® Performance Assessment for School Leaders (PASL) Registration

You may need to reschedule your submission window or cancel your registration due to schedule conflicts or unforeseen circumstances.

If you have begun to enter task responses or upload artifacts for the assessment and you reschedule your submission window or cancel your registration, you are no longer able to access the information that you entered/uploaded.

Reschedule Your Submission Window

You have the option to reschedule your registration to another submission window up until 11:59 p.m. ET on the reschedule deadline date for your submission window.

There are two ways you can reschedule your submission window:

  • Log in to your online account and select "View All My Tests" from your home page. Select "Reschedule" from the Actions column for the appropriate assessment and follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Contact ETS Customer Service at 1-855-628-5088 Monday–Friday from 8 a.m.–6 p.m. ET, excluding holidays.

There is a fee for this service.

Canceling Prior to the Deadline

To be eligible for a refund of your test fee, less a cancellation fee, you must cancel your registration by 11:59 p.m. ET on the cancellation deadline for your submission window. See Dates and Deadlines.

There are two ways you can cancel your registration prior to the deadline:

  • Log in to your online account and select "View All My Tests" from your home page. Select your appointment number for the appropriate assessment and then select "Cancel Registration."
  • Contact ETS Customer Service at 1-855-628-5088.

Canceling After the Deadline

Contact ETS Customer Service at 1-855-628-5088 to cancel after the cancellation deadline. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline are not eligible for a refund of fees.
